Actions Against Infringement.

1. Introduction

TS Interactive Ltd. ("the Site Operator", "we," "our," or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This Policy Against Infringement outlines the procedures for addressing claims of copyright infringement on our platform.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on our platform in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated Support team with the following information:

  • Identification of the Infringing Material: A detailed description of the material that you claim is infringing, including its specific location on our platform (please provide the URL).
  • Contact Information: Your full address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Statement of Good Faith Belief: A statement affirming that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Statement of Accuracy: A statement confirming that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification Verification: We may also request an identification picture where both your face and your official identification document are visible.

3. Takedown Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid copyright infringement notice, we will:

  • Review the Notice: Evaluate the notice to ensure it meets the requirements outlined above.
  • Remove or Disable Access: If the notice is valid, we will promptly (in 5 working days) remove or disable access to the infringing material.
  • Notify the User: We will notify the user who posted the infringing material and provide them with a copy of the takedown notice.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Support. The counter-notification must include:

  • Identification of the Material: A description of the material that was removed or disabled and its location on our platform.
  • Contact Information: Your address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Statement of Good Faith Belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if you are outside the United States, the federal courts in Cyprus, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notice.
  • Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification Verification: We may also request an identification picture where both your face and your official identification document are visible.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will:

  • Review the Counter-Notification: Evaluate the counter-notification to ensure it meets the requirements outlined above.
  • Restore Access: If the counter-notification is valid, we will promptly restore access to your account, unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.

5. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Policy Against Infringement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform.
